On Monday, 6 November 2017, students did their Summative Assessment for UOI 2: How We Organize Ourselves ( Government Systems). They became a mayor or a member of parliament who were going to promote a new policy to solve one happening local problem in their area.
First, they needed to think about what the problem is, then created the policy which expected solving the problem. Finally, they needed to promote that policy to the legislative members as the law makers who are their classmates and teachers. It was a kind of simple discussions including ask some questions related to their policy or even give some suggestions to support their policy.
The policy itself is created to solve local problems they chose, such as Traffic, Smoking, Petty Theft, Robbery, Save the Animals, etc.
