Subject : Art and Craft – Integrated with Language (phonic sound /l/)
On Friday 17th of November 2017, toddler kids learned to pronounce the sound of letter /l/. They were introduced to an object that started with /l/ sound such as /l/ion. We made the learning more fun for them by making another artwork. The kids created a lion mask using paper plate and origami paper. All they need to do is glue the paper plate to stick small pieces of origami papers so it looks like the lion’s mane. When it’s done, they put the mask on and pretended to be a lion! By practicing this kind of activity, the kids are able to learn to stay focused completing the task given. It was so much fun! Good job, kids!
