How The World Works

EY1 students are learning their new UOI – How The World Works with the central idea: The interpretation of object may be changed by light. So in connection with that, the students are learning about lights. They are learning about sources of light.

As the tuning in, we had a night class. We came to school in the afternoon instead of in the morning. They would later learn what is source of light and the form. The students walked around the school twice, when the sun was still in the sky and at night in order to find the sources of light during the daytime and the nighttime.

They walked around the school with papers attached to clipboards, so when they found a source of light, they could draw it directly. The students found many things, from sun during the daytime to lightning during the nighttime.

It was un unforgettable moment for them.
