In this unit students are learning about human body system contribute to health (health related fitness). They learn about components of health related fitness (Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Body Composition). They learn that exercises can increase their heart rate and it related to their physical fitness, and they also learn how to collect data and measure their heart rate in various activities such as walking, running, jumping and some games activities.
