In the unit, How We Organize Ourselves, the students were introduced to people roles in the community. To add more knowledge and to build their inquiry, EY 2 students walked around the school to observe and learn familiar print from the environment, this time was at school. The signage which was introduced in the school was signs, advertisement and logos. This activity were held to make the students to be more aware of the information given from their environment. Moreover, it supported the students’ readiness in reading as well. At the end they would be able to read and understand some familiar prints in their surroundings.
